There's been a lot of coverage recently about Westgate Social, the indoor food court at Westgate Oxford - it being dark and unwelcoming, lack of signage and the abrupt closing of one of the original traders. Today, Friday 20th April, sees the much awaited opening of Victor's Oxford. Located on the Westgate rooftop, it seems to have brought the sunshine for us which fits perfectly with their American Hamptons vibe.
