Skogen Kitchen will be celebrating Swedish Midsummer on the evening of Friday 28th June with a 7-course tasting menu, each showcasing the amazing flavours of traditional Swedish food. Every course will be paired with a specially selected wine or Aquavit from the Oxford Wine Company.
Expect all the midsommar favourites of home cured and pickled fish, vasterbotten cheese pie, meatballs finished off with a wonderful summer cake.
