** COMPETITION NOW CLOSED **

FitFest Oxford 2019To celebrate the return of FitFest Oxford next month, we have a pair of tickets plus lunch for two at the Pho stall to give away.

The one-day festival takes place on 15th June at The Oxford Academy, encompassing everything fitness, wellness, food and beauty.

There will be a programme packed with fitness and dance classes, leading experts, influential speakers, food and beauty demos, a dedicated yoga and meditation zone, competitions, a buzzing exhibition marketplace, a nutritional food court, VIP lounge and more.

Fitness classes and workouts from some of UK’s leading fitness brands and professionals will comprise everything from dance-inspired workouts, body-toning hula-hooping, spin classes and boxercise sessions to high-rope exercise routines, martial arts, Zumba and boot camps (and even twerking).

There are also a bunch of foodie talks and workshops, ranging from wholemeal pancake recipes to intuitive eating, gut microbiome improvement, fresh pasta making, nutritional preparation, healthy eating for healthy living, making your own kombucha, healthy diet myth busting, plus fitness-inspired cooking for vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian.

I think Pho is the best for healthy fresh eating in Oxford.
I love how a bowl of pho is great in winter or summer and come out feeling satisfied and healthy. Also loads of veggie vegan options
