One of my favourite recent discoveries, Roll With Me Sushi, are hosting a sushi-making masterclass this November at The Batch Cafe, at Greenhill Farm in Bletchingdon

The event promises to include a variety of sushi including hosomaki, maki, uramaki and nigiri using traditional Japanese and Western ingredients, eating as you go along. There will be plenty of food – so much that you will get a sushi tray to take home. A glass of sake and bottomless green tea is included in the price.
