After an inordinately long time, it’s finally confirmed that Cosmo Oxford will be opening on Thursday 12th May. Located on Magdalen Street, where an underground sports wear shop used to be, Cosmo is an all you can eat buffet restaurant billed as an authentic world kitchen.
