Gibson's Organic Liqueurs

Gibson’s is an organic smallholding in West Oxfordshire making liqueurs from fruit and flowers grown on their farm. Flavours include blackcurrant, raspberry, elderflower, redcurrant, whitecurrant, sloe gin and sloe rum. The liqueurs have won several awards from the Great Taste to the Soil Association food and drink awards and have been featured on Oxford TV and BBC radio.

All Gibson’s Organic Liqueurs are created with fresh ingredients in mind, none are too sweet or sticky. They can be drunk on their own or mixed in fizz or to make other cocktails. Prue Leith writes ‘The best of liqueurs with astounding fruit flavours’. Essential in the kitchen too, enriching gravies and turning bog-standard ice-cream into gastronomy.
