We’ve had a host of new additions to the restaurant landscape in Oxford of late, but there’s one that snuck in without fanfare. Jeong’s Dosirak in the Oxford Covered Market is a teeny tiny family-run Korean lunchbox shop (Dosirak being a Korean packed lunchbox), with a handful of tables if you’d like to eat in. The Bitten team have been in a few times now and sampled the ‘KFC’ Korean Fried Chicken, the Bulgogi, and the Breaded Pork – all really good. Food is prepared off-site at the family home, as the shop is so small there isn’t even a full kitchen. Food can be eaten cold or heated up, but the KFC was so good it tasted good cold anyway.

We definitely recommend giving it a try.
