Whether you’re making a temporary change such as Veganuary or Dry January or something more long term, the Westgate is hoping to support you in your endeavours by teaming up with FitFest.
Leiden Square will be hosting FitFest on 20th and 21st January, prior to the fitness festival’s main event at Oxford Academy on 21st April. There will be a range of fitness classes and talks, both for physical and mental health as well as nutrition based events. These can be booked online at Fitfest
There’s also a range of pampering treatments available that you can access on the day.
